ERASMUS+ staff mobility for training and continuing professional development
ERASMUS+ enables higher education staff to undertake training and professional development activities in EU Programme Countries to strengthen internationalisation.
As set out in the European Policy Statement (EPS) of HAWK, staff mobility is regarded as an important element of staff development and therefore as a marker of quality on the path towards greater internationalisation of the university. University employees undertaking individual mobility activities, especially those aimed at improving foreign-language skills, should receive financial and organisational support. Staff mobility activities that serve to develop teaching skills and/or knowledge of curriculum design are given priority.
