Flexible working time models and an appropriate balance between professional and family life

Every bit as diverse as the study programmes HAWK offers are the workplaces for the more than 600 employees and lecturers in Hildesheim, Holzminden and Göttingen. 

There are four groups of staff:

  • Administrative and Technical Staff (Mitarbeitende aus Technik und Verwaltung, MTV)
  • Research assistants (Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeitende, WiMi)
  • Lecturers for special assignments (Lehrbeauftragte für besondere Aufgaben, LfbA)
  • Professorships

All MTV, WiMi and LfbA are covered by a collective agreement.
