The lack of access to knowledge about safe abortion methods means that abortions are still one of the most common but avoidable causes of death for pregnant women. A papaya serves as a proven model to teach WHO-recommended methods to doctors.
The expertise disguised as a cookbook by Kikko Neubert thus also provides access to medically relevant knowledge in restrictive countries, making abortions safer worldwide.
