Online application: The portal will close at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the application period.
Another prerequisite for the study programme is a qualification agreement between the applicant and a professionally suitable company, which takes over the qualification within the framework of the study-integrated practical phases and during the lecture-free period. The examination board decides on the professional suitability of the company. The company must have previously concluded a framework agreement (see Annex 1 of the Admission Regulations) with the university.
The Examination Office of the Faculty of Resource Management will provide information on suitable companies.
A pre-study internship is not required.

In the case of applications for higher semesters, proof of academic achievement is also required for the placement process.
Students applying for a second degree must also provide a written statement of their motivation to study (max. one page).
The data required for the application must be entered by the applicants on the HAWK application portal (online application).
The application portal will be activated no later than six weeks before the end of the application period.

For applications from abroad, the German language examination for university entrance (DSH) or a comparable qualification is required as proof of proficiency in the German language.
