S°1

Throw away or keep? S°1 by Arian Obornik is a modular, freely customisable lighting system made of porcelain, designed with consideration of initially defined parameters for sustainable and durable design.
Arian Obornik completed his Bachelor's degree in design in the field of expertise Productdesign in the winter semester 2022/2023.
The work was supervised by Prof. Andreas Schulz and Prof. Hartwig Gerbracht.

Henrike Cohrs

Expedition Emailleguss – Finds from the time of the material dialogue

The Expedition Emailleguss by Henrike Cohrs is a journey into the materials brass and enamel. Through experiments in metal casting, it was possible to immerse oneself in their world and explore their interplay. In dialogue with the material, each experiment posed a question, each result provided answers and served as a guide. The exhibits are pieces discovered along the way, which, in their appearance, play with the tension between artefact and geofact, between new and old, and challenge the viewers.
Henrike Cohrs completed her Bachelor's degree in Design with a focus on Productdesign in the winter semester of 2022/2023.
The work was supervised by Prof. Melanie Isverding and Prof. Matthias Ries.
